Quién soy y desde dónde trabajo

Soy ingeniera agrónoma con más de 15 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos territoriales, desarrollo rural, sistemas agroalimentarios y sostenibilidad.

He trabajado desde la institucionalidad, la academia y el emprendimiento, articulando comunidades, entidades públicas y procesos productivos con enfoque social, ambiental y económico.

 

Hoy concentro mi trabajo en crear, acompañar y comunicar iniciativas que buscan impacto real, coherencia ética y viabilidad a largo plazo.

Qué hago

Acompaño procesos que requieren pensamiento estratégico, conocimiento territorial y capacidad de articulación entre actores diversos. Mi trabajo se mueve entre la planificación, la implementación y la reflexión crítica, siempre con foco en sostenibilidad y sentido público.

Diseño, estructuro y acompaño proyectos en contextos rurales y urbanos con énfasis en desarrollo territorial, sistemas agroalimentarios, economía campesina y sostenibilidad. Integro enfoque técnico, social e institucional para asegurar viabilidad y coherencia.

Facilito procesos participativos, articulación interinstitucional y construcción colectiva de soluciones. Tengo experiencia trabajando con comunidades rurales, entidades públicas, academia y organizaciones sociales, cuidando tanto los resultados como los procesos.

Desarrollo contenidos formativos, propuestas académicas y productos digitales relacionados con extensión rural, sostenibilidad, resiliencia de sistemas alimentarios y gestión del conocimiento. Me interesa traducir lo complejo en herramientas útiles y aplicables.
